We embed senior engineers inside European product teams. You work on real systems, not tickets in a queue. The teams are small, the work is calm, and the ownership is high.
What you will do
- Design and ship services in production.
- Pair with engineers, designers, and product people inside the client team.
- Keep complexity low. Push back when something is not worth building.
- Leave the codebase better than you found it.
What we are looking for
- Seven or more years of professional software experience.
- Deep knowledge of one backend stack and one frontend stack.
- Clear written English. Async-first communication.
- Based in South Africa and willing to work in CET hours.
