What you will do

• - Manage calendars, scheduling, and travel logistics end-to-end
• - Handle inbox triage, correspondence drafting, and follow-ups
• - Research, summarise, and present options — not just raw information
• - Track deadlines, tasks, and commitments across multiple workstreams
• - Coordinate with third parties (suppliers, clients, service providers)
• - Handle ad hoc personal and professional tasks as they arise

What we are looking for

• - Fluent in Dutch — written and spoken (essential)
• - Comfort with ambiguity — you make a call when there's no playbook
• - Tech-savvy: Microsoft 365, project management tools, communication platforms
• - Discretion with sensitive information as a baseline, not a selling point
• - Proactive by default you flag problems before they become fires
