This is not a management role - it's a hands-on, operational coordination position where your reliability, communication skills and structured thinking make a real difference every day.

What you will do

  • • Serving as the first point of contact for (potential) customers via WhatsApp, phone and email
  • • Qualifying and following up on all incoming leads in a structured and thorough way
  • • Managing and scheduling appointments for our field sales team — hitting weekly targets consistently
  • • Handling customer service queries, quote and installation status updates, and after-sales follow-up
  • • Contributing to automated customer communication workflows (72h / 48h / 24h pre-appointment emails)
  • • Proactively flagging any shortfalls in leads or appointments to management

What we are looking for

  • • Fluent in Dutch — written and spoken (essential)
  • • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • • Professional, proactive communicator
  • • Customer service experience is a strong advantage
  • • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • • Affinity with renewable energy or sustainable tech is a bonus
