• Drafting and maintaining employee handbooks and HR policies

What we are looking for

• Proven experience as an HR Advisor, HR Business Partner, or similar role
• Experience creating employee handbooks and HR policies
• Strong knowledge of performance management and employee evaluations
• Experience developing salary structures and job grading frameworks
• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English (written and spoken)
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
