We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our growing international team. This is a fully remote, 40-hour per week position, ideal for someone with strong bookkeeping experience and expertise in DATEV.

  • Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
  • Proven bookkeeping experience

  • Experience using DATEV is mandatory

    • What you will do

    • Managing day-to-day bookkeeping activities
    • Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable
    • Posting and reconciling financial transactions
    • Preparing bank reconciliations
    • Assisting with month-end financial processes
    • Maintaining accurate financial records
    • Supporting the accounting team with administrative finance tasks
    • Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company procedures

    What we are looking for

    • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar finance role
    • Hands-on experience with DATEV is essential
    • Strong bookkeeping and financial administration experience
    • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
    • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
    • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
