Customer Support Specialist (Dutch-speaking)

As Customer Support Specialist you are the day-to-day point of contact for users. You don't just close tickets. You own the support function: solve issues, spot patterns, suggest improvements, and keep documentation sharp. It's a solo role with real ownership, with close support from the product team for technical depth.
What you will do
- Handle support requests through the support portal and by phone
- Troubleshoot platform issues and guide users through solutions step by step
- Resolve incidents carefully and signal recurring problems
- Translate patterns into concrete process and product improvements
- Keep help articles and internal documentation accurate and up to date
- Handle backoffice tasks: monthly billing data, reporting, training administration
- Work directly with the product team on complex questions about modules and features
What we are looking for
- Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2, written and spoken). You will support Dutch healthcare users every day, so this is non-negotiable
- 2+ years of relevant experience in customer service, helpdesk, backoffice or support
- Strong communicator across phone and written channels, with patience for users at different skill levels
- Proactive: you see work that needs doing and pick it up without waiting
- Accurate and structured, comfortable balancing support tickets with administrative work
- Quick to learn new systems and happy to help others use them
- Calm under pressure, flexible with ad-hoc requests
